Part of a large project, the background on which several "rips" with photographs under them were layered. My only attempt at anything digital as of late, though I was quite proud of it!
Do note the small "hidden" objects in the ground. Sort of a graveyard of memories...
Wow, this must have taken some time! And you should be proud, it's lovely. I really like how you can see the roots and all the hidden "treasures" beneath the soil as well.
I'm just such a perfectionist that it takes ages to finish anything. Fortunately, I had a definite goal in mind for this so I didn't mind putting in copious amounts of time.
It's now the cover of our school literary magazine, which I saw for the first time today...Hurrah!

And you're welcome. *snugs* There's nothing wrong with being a perfectionist. It may be annoying at times (my friend's mom says that procrastinating is the sign of being a perfectionist because you worry about getting started because the project might not live up to your standards? I guess I'm a perfectionist ) but the end results are usually fabulous.
